Brianna Kuperavage,
Project Manager

Brianna guides clients through every stage of the design and construction process, ensuring a seamless transition from ideas to finished spaces. She specializes in custom residential projects, renovations, and restorations, drawing on seven years of experience with Sullivan.

Brianna holds a bachelor’s degree in architecture, graduating with honors from Marywood University and a master’s in historical and sustainable architecture from NYU, completed abroad in England with a focus on European design traditions. Balancing technical expertise with a collaborative approach, she helps homeowners make confident decisions about design, budgets, and project details.

In addition to her architectural work, Brianna teaches dance at a local studio and enjoys traveling, often drawing inspiration from new environments and architectural styles around the world.

Caroline Gimpel,
Project Manager

Caroline partners with homeowners to bring their vision to life from concept through construction. With more than a decade of experience in design and construction management, she has led renovations, restorations, and ground-up builds in both residential and boutique hospitality projects.

Caroline earned her BFA in architecture and interior design, graduating with honors from Miami University, where she also studied the environmental and social impacts of design. Known for her transparent communication and meticulous organization, she keeps projects on track while ensuring the homeowner’s goals remain central.

Based in Bucks County, Caroline is raising her family locally and enjoys exploring the outdoors with her children and family pup, Maisie, who doubles as Sullivan Building’s office mascot.
