Located in Doylestown, PA, this whole-house renovation reimagined a traditional colonial home with a more open and connected plan. The challenge was clear: transform the first floor into a bright, flowing living space while working within a tight budget.

Interior partitions were removed to create an open arrangement of living, dining, and kitchen areas. The kitchen was reconfigured to extend naturally toward a new exterior deck, reinforcing the connection between inside and out.
